Splash Bowl

Those of you that are fond of the making part of things will probably find fascinating this little bowl designed by Tim Parsons with the intention of exploring new aesthetics for pewter made objects. By dripping the fused pewter over a rounded steel tool the bowl is randomly shaped, as each drip of pewter fuses with the precedent ones the unique liquid-like texture takes shape. Don't miss the video of the making of after the jump.
